A. Item Pricing and Subscription

$0 – $39.99: No subscription available.

$40 – $79.99: Eligible for weekly subscription.

$80 and above: Eligible for weekly and monthly subscriptions.

While some items may appear to be priced higher, the pricing reflects the need to ensure fair and sustainable profits for the business.
B. Shipping Policy

International Shipping is available only where Printful and Modalyst provide services.

Shipping Fees:

Items ≥ $80: Free shipping.

Items ≤ $39.99: $13.87 shipping fee.

Items between $40 – $79.99: $8.99 shipping fee.

D. Responsibility Disclaimer

Lost, stolen, or damaged items are not the responsibility of Yoyo’s Tutoring. For these concerns, please contact the customer service of the respective fulfillment company:

We are not responsible for product manufacturing quality, product cost, or shipping costs.

Printful, Modalyst, and Yoyo’s Tutoring are three independent entities. We operate separately and are not legally bound by each other’s actions.

Some product descriptions may be AI-generated, especially if the original product listing is too long or uses images as primary descriptors.

F. Legal Notice: Suing the Company

You have the right to sue Yoyo’s Tutoring for:

Fraudulent or malicious practices

Please make sure your claims are supported by valid evidence. We aim to operate transparently and responsibly.
G. Age Requirement

You must be 18 years or older to purchase items from Yoyo’s Tutoring Shop.

If the buyer is found to be under 18, the order will be revoked immediately.

Minors (under 18) must have a parent or legal guardian complete the purchase.
H. Policy Updates and Payments

If a client submits a payment or purchases a product before a policy update, the transaction will remain subject to the terms and conditions that were in effect at the time of purchase.

If a payment has already been processed and prices are later adjusted (e.g., shipping fees, product costs, etc.), those changes will apply only to future transactions and will not affect previously completed payments.

Partial payments are obligatory to be paid completely before it's due date.

If a partial payment is not completed by the due date, the transaction will be voided and no refunds will be issued.

Payments are generally due within one month, unless a different due date has been set by the owner or agreed upon through prior negotiation with the customer.

Product availability is not guaranteed after a purchase is made, as items may become out of stock or discontinued.
I. Restock

If a product is restocked, customers are welcome to purchase it again as needed.

Notification requests can be submitted for out-of-stock items to receive updates when they become available.
