Hello! My name is Joshua Giusti Ortiz. Nice to meet you all!
Let's write some interesting facts about myself, shall we? Here is a little you may want to know about me!
A little of my life.
I am studying for a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering. Also, I have worked as a tutor at Success Center "P.A.S.S." for the past 5 years since 2019 until recently. I teach all mathematics courses, all physics courses, electric circuits I, electronics II, systems and signals, and programming (Matlab MathWorks)at my university. We as tutors achieved +2000 tutorings for the past 5 years and helped students graduate with a success rate of 60% or more. I was also an embedded service leader and helped students understand the class way better since the embedded service is an extension of the class and I gave test reviews, clarified questions, and more!
I have experience working with Arduino Mega 2560 and Matlab. My most recent project with Arduino was to create a pin lock using the keypad and an RFID that my kit belonged to.
The associations that I joined in until recently were the Sign Language Association (2019), the Arquitectural Engineering Institute (2023), and Inter Robotics (2023). I also did workshops such as "Taller de despejar variables" (2023), "Las Leyes de Newton" (2023), "Taller basico sobre la trigonometria" (2023), and "Taller de vectores y sus aplicaciones" (2024).
My favorite languages are Korean and Mandarin. I have studied Korean since 2016 and Mandarin since 2021. Fun fact: I started Kung Fu as a 7 year old kid until I had about 21 years old. When I got my black belt, I've decided to move on.
Me as an Engineer.
This life of being an electrical engineer is not so easy. We need to calculate a lot Math problems in our everyday lives. I started the university since 2017. You may think that I am retarted or dumb af (LOL), but as I said, this bachelors degree is complicated, so that is why I am still here until today. The classes we take are, for example, Calculus III, Differential Equations, Physics II for Engineers, Power Analysis II, and others just to name a few. This classes look complicated and they actually are, but we all need practice, right? My goal of being an electrical engineer is to understand the fascinating things that the electricity can give us on our daily lives. We can also deeply study the electromagnetic properties of an object such as the light, for example, and apply those knowledges to domestic objetcs like light bulbs, screen protection for a computer, sunblocks, and others!
That all for now! Thanks to learn about my life!
